sunday, december 21st, guerrilla queer bar took
over the puke pink palace on colfax known as casa
bonita. fabulously fun guerrilla queer bar friends
joined billy and his faithful cast of naughty
friends. denver number one tourist attraction
was soon turned into a gay mexican resort. |

early in 1974 (and never updated). it took approximately
one year to create casa bonita. the pink tower
on the outside is 85 feet fall, and gayer then
elton john. for you *bling* *bling* queen's you
will be happy to know dome is covered with 22-karat
gold leaf. the fountain outside of the front of
the restaurant, which probably has more things
growing in it then the denver health std clinic,
was shipped in pieces from mexico. the inside
of the pink puke building is designed to look
like a mexican village at night. we found most
of the guerrilla queer bar family either hiding
out in black bars cave as if it was the triangle
basement or watching the young cliff divers plunging
off the cliff into a 14' pool. |

boys would like to thank everyone who came to
casa bonita for the querrilla queer bar holiday
party. if you missed casa bonita and it's third
world food, you wont want to miss this month's
event. 2004 is going to be a kick ass year for
guerrilla queer bar. the fun partying with billy
trix and guerrilla queer bar gang continues this
month with a tribute to playboy's 50th anniversary!
